Hello, sorry for writing in English, I am from Bulgaria.

 

I want to buy some digital goods and decided to create a WebMoney account, but it seems there is no way to add funds (top-up) from a debt/credit card without a Formal Passport.

 

Is this correct?

 

I am asking because in my notifications it says

 

Service to your WME purses has been suspended due to non-compliance with Clause 1 and/or Clause 2 and/or Clause 3 of the requirements for WME purse owners

 

But I do comply to all 3 points - User Details, Country, funds limits, etc.

 

Anyway, I assume I need Formal Passport.

The Formal Passport requires documents scan, as I understand. Here, the documents here are plastic cards.

How should I scan these? Every side on different file? Both on the same file?

 

Please advise.

For the record:

 

 - You do need Formal Passport in order to Top Up.

 

 - To upload your document. Scan each side (back and front) on separate file. Upload the first file, let's say the front.

After upload you will be able to select what the file represents. Pick "ID front side" from the drop-down menu.

Repeat for the back side.

 

Note. When you try to Top Up your card the transaction might be blocked from your bank! In the transaction history in WebMoney it will say "Not Paid". Just pick up the phone and call your bank. They will allow it eventually and you will have to retry "after 10 minutes". Beats me why this happens, but everything will be OK afterwards.
