In the URLs of the previous post "rus" can be replaced by "eng".

Under Windows needs installed WMSigner Module (ActiveX Object) for use Classic .kwm-file

IMHO, a variant with a certificate of Light is easier, especially for Windows

For .kwm password for this file is required:

Signer.Passwd = reqwmpwd

 
WM Keeper Classic login password* isn't required (and it can be changed only after entering the program).
 
Yes, it is good for security, if the login password is not equivalent the password for the key file, and difficult to brute force attack
